Statutory right of withdrawal for consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party you nominate other than the carrier, receive the goods. If goods ordered together are delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received. For goods delivered in several lots or pieces, it starts when the last lot or piece is received.

You may use the model form below, but this is optional. To meet the deadline, send your statement before the withdrawal period expires. You may withdraw before receiving the goods.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal statement. This excludes supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery. We will use the same payment method as the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will incur no fees for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever happens first.

Send or hand the goods back to the above address without undue delay and no later than 14 days after communicating your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch them before it expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Statutory provisions apply to valid claims for defective goods.

You are liable for diminished value only if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Additional voluntary returns within 30 days

You can also request a voluntary return within 30 days of receipt. For this additional option, items must be unworn and unused, with tags and in their original packaging. Please have proof of purchase ready and contact us before sending them back. For accepted voluntary returns, we provide a return label and instructions. Discounted items and gift cards are excluded from voluntary returns. Your statutory withdrawal and warranty rights apply independently.
